Z-wave Vs Zigbee

Z-wave Vs Wi-Fi
As mentioned earlier, most common Wi-Fi networks, the ones that we all have at home, run at 2.4 GHz. If you connect your smart devices to this network you will experience interference problems like the ones with Zigbee.
Secondly, most Wi-Fi networks have only one router throughout your house and some places can be difficult to connect. In my case, I would totally prefer to get another smart home device such as a smart plug that is way cheaper and increase my signal by having another awesome gadget. A two-win situation there.
One advantage that has Wi-Fi over Z-wave is data transactions. If you own a 4K smart camera and you have a good Wi-Fi connection you will see that it transmits faster live feeds. Also, Most Smart cameras that actually worth your money aren’t capable of connecting to Z-wave because of this issue, sending information can be so slow that at the moment it hasn’t figured out yet.

Bluetooth, unfortunately, has major issues with interference between walls in a regular home. Most connections to the network have to be closer to 30 feet between them without any objects in the middle.
